Dr.Doaa had the vision that came to life due to her persistence to accomplish her honorable goal of providing the help to struggling youth with autism and down syndrome and disabilities. which now we can see in our academy as well in the eyes of parents.

Dr. Doaa Zahran provides the leadership and vision connecting every educational, therapeutic, and rehabilitation department within the academy. Through years of experience and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, she ensures that every service remains focused on the individual needs and progress of each student. Her vision now extends beyond Egypt, with plans to establish the academy in Qatar,

bringing the same specialized approach, professional standards, individualized programs, and commitment to student development that define the institute in Egypt. Leadership is not only about building a successful academy—it is about carrying its vision forward, expanding its reach, and creating new opportunities for every student to progress and reach their potential.

He believes technology should do more than support an institution—it should strengthen the connection between students, specialists, faculty, and families.

His vision is to build an integrated digital environment where technology simplifies daily operations, organizes student services, supports professional staff, and introduces modern tools that can enhance and accelerate each student’s individualized training and development.

Information Technology & Digital Development Department

Our IT Department provides the digital foundation connecting the academy’s educational, therapeutic, and administrative services. Through secure and organized systems, we support student records, assessments, progress tracking, faculty resources, and daily operations.

Technology is also integrated into student development through interactive learning, visual training, assistive technologies, and specialized educational tools tailored to individual needs. Working alongside educators and therapists, we use technology to make training more engaging, efficient, measurable, and accessible.

Technology does not replace the specialist—it empowers them with better tools to understand, train, and support your child.

Dr. Esraa believes that no two students should be treated through the same program. Understanding the individual must always come before planning the intervention.

Assessment & Individualized Development Department

Every student begins with a comprehensive evaluation of their abilities, challenges, communication, behavior, learning needs, and level of independence. Our multidisciplinary team uses these findings to create an Individualized Development Plan (IDP) with clear objectives tailored specifically to the student. Progress is continuously evaluated, allowing our specialists to adjust the program as the student develops.

This means your child is not simply placed into an existing program—the program is built around your child. With specialized training rooms and experienced professionals, every detail is designed to encourage focus, accelerate individual progress, and promote well-being—while giving parents confidence, reassurance, and satisfaction in the care and development of their children.

Dr. Fathi believes that behavior is a form of communication. By understanding what lies behind a student’s behavior and psyche, we can help them develop healthier ways to communicate, learn, and interact with the world around them.

Behavioral Therapy & Development Department

Our specialists work with students to strengthen positive behaviors while addressing difficulties that may interfere with learning, communication, social interaction, or everyday life.Programs may focus on attention, emotional regulation, following instructions, communication, social behavior, independence, and reducing challenging behaviors.

Strategies are individualized and coordinated with teachers, therapists, caregivers, and families. Our goal is not simply to change behavior—it is to understand your child and help them gain the skills to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and independence

Director of Speech & Communication

Dr. Enas believes that every individual deserves a way to express their needs, thoughts, emotions, and personality—whether through speech or another effective form of communication.

Speech, Language & Communication Department

Programs can address speech development, language comprehension, pronunciation, conversation, social communication, and alternative or augmentative communication when appropriate. Communication goals are also incorporated into classroom activities and daily routines so that skills learned in therapy become useful in real life.

Dr. Omar Abdelrahman

Director of Occupational & Sensory Development

Dr. Omar believes that greater independence begins with mastering the small everyday skills that many people take for granted.

Occupational Therapy & Sensory Integration Department

Our occupational therapy programs help students develop the abilities needed to participate more comfortably and independently in everyday activities. Specialists may work on fine motor skills, coordination, handwriting, dressing, feeding, sensory processing, attention, body awareness, and daily routines.

Specialized sensory environments can also provide structured support for students who experience difficulties processing sound, touch, movement, light, or other sensory input. Every new skill—however small it may appear—can represent an important step toward your child’s confidence and independence.


Dr. Yasmine Mahmoud

Dr. Yasmine believes that difficulty learning does not mean an inability to learn. The right teaching method can reveal abilities that traditional approaches may overlook.

Special Education & Academic Development Department

Our educational programs adapt learning to each student’s developmental level, strengths, pace, and individual needs. Students can receive individualized support in literacy, numeracy, cognitive development, attention, problem-solving, classroom readiness, and functional academics.

Teachers work closely with therapists so that educational and developmental goals complement one another rather than operating separately. We focus on what your child can learn and then build from there—step by step, achievement by achievement.


Dr. Nour El-Din Farouk

Dr. Nour believes that meaningful development requires us to consider the whole individual—their physical comfort, emotional well-being, movement, confidence, and psychological needs.

Physical, Psychological & Well-Being Department

Where required, students can receive coordinated support addressing motor development, mobility, balance, posture, physical abilities, emotional well-being, psychological needs, and healthy daily routines. Our specialists communicate across departments so that difficulties affecting a student’s comfort or ability to participate can be identified and addressed appropriately.

Your child is more than a diagnosis. Our approach considers their overall well-being while helping them participate, learn, and develop as comfortably and confidently as possible.


Dr. Khaled Nasse

Dr. Khaled believes that rehabilitation reaches its greatest value when students can carry what they learn beyond the academy and into everyday life.

Life Skills, Social Development & Independence Department

Students are supported in developing practical abilities that can help them become increasingly confident and independent. Training can include personal hygiene, dressing, eating, organization, communication, social interaction, friendships, shopping, money awareness, household responsibilities, community participation, and personal safety.

For older students, programs can gradually introduce vocational preparation and workplace skills according to their abilities. For parents: Our long-term objective extends beyond today’s classroom—we want every student to achieve the greatest level of independence their individual abilities allow.

Dr. Hala believes that the strongest progress happens when the academy and family become partners in the student’s development.

Family Support & Residential Care Department

Parents are an essential part of our multidisciplinary approach. Families can receive progress consultations, guidance, training, and practical strategies to help continue appropriate development at home. For students enrolled in residential programs, our structured environment provides supervision, daily routines, personal-care support, educational activities, and opportunities to practice independence beyond formal training hours.

Regular communication helps families remain informed and involved in their child’s development. Even when your child is in our care, you remain part of the team.
